Join us as we explore the possibilities of kamado style barbecuing on the Big Green Egg, giving you the knowledge and skill to try it for yourself at home. Hosted by Globaltic ambassador Dave Waterton – aka Spice Punch, you’ll be learning the best way to get the most out of your kamado barbecue. From roasting, searing, smoking and baking, you’ll come away with the knowledge of how best to utilise your Big Green Egg.
David aka Spice_Punch from Cambridgeshire has a real passion for bbq, food & entertaining. They have a dry ager, butcher’s block and are keen to understand the process of bbq, he loves low and slow, hot and fast and trying out new techniques. Sausages, pastrami, dry ageing, bacon and a whole load of different techniques.
