Tubbyaki – Smokey Japanese Style Glaze – 150g
This is Tubby Tom’s take on a Japanese style stir fry sauce! It’s sweet, sticky with bags of umami! Suitable for the whole family with a mild chilli kick!
Tubby Tom’s favourite way to have it is to marinade boneless skinless chicken thighs all day while you are at work. Fire up the grill when you get home and carefully grill them so they don’t burn, but a little char is good. Then squeeze some limes into the remaining marinade and use it to baste!
This is also great on-air fried wings! Just oil them and dust in dragon salt. Get them crispy then drizzle some of the good stuff on top!
Serve with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of Tubby Tom’s Dragon Salt! Alongside a simple stir fry or fried rice and steamed greens!
